Teen Party "Backdrop" Ideas? (Please try to help. I have what those are and what it will be used for inside!)

It will be a teen party from late afternoon continuing into the night..about 4 or 5 hours long. There will be a pool, music and dancing as well as a buffet table with orderves. By the way, it is a 13th birthday party. There will be a spot where people can get their picture taken, and they will be given a print of it at the end of the party. There is no real theme except for the colors lime, magenta, and orange. Also, since it a 13th birthday party, the number 13 can be incorporated but doesn't have to. I was looking for ideas of something that people could take a picture in front of. If you have design ideas for the backdrop, please share them!





P.S.


A backdrop is a very large piece of wood (8x4ft?) covered in paper and decorated with paper, glitter, ribbon, ANYTHING AT ALL!!! It could even be decorated in candy!








Please give ideas, whether it is a full design idea or just a small material that we could use to decorate, your input is appreciated!

well you could do the conventional paper mache background or light paper on the wood some streamers and like those metallic balloons in those colors u mentioned with streamers or watever





or do night or day backdrops


black papermache silver or gold sun or moons then metallic silver balloons with a gold one to represent to moon for night





or blue or white background and cloud with balloon arch of silver or white balloons with a blue one in there periodically





if you don't want to do that since you have a lot going on at this party just concentrate on the small designs encorporating 13 of things...like 13 candles you can light at night





centerpieces of thirteen flowers or candies or something

oh also to get the papermache or watever you choose to use as backdrop , use adhesive spray to make it stick its cheap and nonmessy
Reply:what is the birthday child's interests i.e. sports ,science, astronomy,flowers ,video game, rock star then try and use that as the back ground theme its kind of hard not knowing if its a boy or girl's birthday
Reply:just go get fabric in those colors and ballons in those colors and you have a pretty background
