Needs Party Decoration Ideas!! PLEASE ANSWER!!!?

It is a 13 year old birthday party

the colors are bright pink, light orange, and lime green.

The party will be during late afternoon/night (ends at 10 pm) and it will be dark for majority of the party. I'm Planning on putting xmas lights up, but how can I hang them creatively?

The party is outdoors.

Please help! If you have suggestions on creative ways to do streamers, ect. or get the birthday person's name in lights, please post!!

dare I say this, but it should remain *fairly* cheap

Any help is appreciated!!!!!!

a girl only turns 13 once you know!

Needs Party Decoration Ideas!! PLEASE ANSWER!!!?
To write her name in lights:

Use a lightweight board of some kind, or very very thick cardboard. Write her name on it in a thick marker. Take the Christmas lights and staple them to the board to outline her name! Or you can do it w/rope light, try your local hardware store or costco.

See if you can find pink flamingo lights on ebay or something, I think I've seen that, that would be cute hanging around. Or any party supply store should have hawaiian themed stuff and that's usally those same colors.

Good luck!
Reply:Well, What is her personality? Is it childish, or does she act mature? Try those tiny poppers that pop out streamers when you pull the cord. Kids are drawn to food, so make sure you have extra! I dont think a lot of decorations are necessary, they will just mostly hang out with eachother. Oh, and lots of girls like animals, maybe you should put some out at the party, unless someone is allergic
Reply:Go to oriental trading company on the net. They have great party ideas and hundreds of decorations and they are very reasonable.
Reply:Use some of the lights with something over them. We used butterfly ones for a wedding. There are ones that look like tiki huts, japanese lanterns usually come in the colors you are looking for.
Reply:if you have enough room, create a star-burst pattern over the area outside with the lights
