I need some help with planning a bachelorette party for my friend.... I'm her maid of honor and live far away from home...I'm flying in and the bachelorette party is designated for that same night. I was thinking of maybe playing some games.... like where you ask the hubby 2 be a bunch of questions before and make her answer them at the party... anyone know where i get a list of questions. Or ANY ideas on how i can plan this thing from so far away?? I've talked to another girl in the wedding party and still havent gotten an idea of a guest list or anything.... Please help, i want to make it AWESOME for her :)
Also, I dont know if her mom or his mom will be joining and how keen they would be on strippers and stuff. More looking for just fun games and stuff we could do before we go out later that night.
Thanks
Bachelorette party planning?
We played this game where we blowed up a picture of this sexy guy, cut his head off, and glued the groom's head onto the body. Then I blindfolded everyone (like on the tail on the donkey) and they all had to try to put thongs on him. Also, we had this other game where I had a timer and everytime the timer went off, if you had alcohol in your glass you had to drink it like a shot. We also went to a pole dancing class and oral sex class. It's not trashy like some would think. Everyone enjoyed it. Usually people who teach yoga classes also have someone that can teach pole dancing too. I just didnt want to do the regular ole party and we're all young professionals that work really hard so I wanted everyone to experience something different. it was great!!!
Reply:Ask the mom's to come and stay for a short while. Then, have some naughty party favors / gifts. After a good bit of wine, I am sure you gals can show her the night of her life!
Reply:You should def. call her mom and ask if she is planning on attending the party or not. I think usually parents don't, but I'm not to see on that. Can you get a hold of anyone else in the wedding? It's hard enough planning this stuff when you are in town, the least they can do is help you out. One you thing you could do before going out is have a bridal scavenger hunt...go around town finding things that have to do with a wedding and getting married.....bells, flowers, condoms, candle, travel guides (honeymoon). We played how well do you know your husband to be...i just made up the questions. What's his shoe size, favorite day of the week, favorite dinner, least favorite breakfast food, favorite beer. GOOD LUCK!
Reply:i have the same problem...i have no idea what to do first....and i do not exactly have the money to fork out to fun all of these parties i am supposed to be planning........someone please help us ;)
Reply:Well make sure you can have it at someones house, and consult all of the bridesmaids. They should be more than willing to help you out with this since they are part of the wedding party. Get a guest list from one of them or even from the bride. I would consult her mom and his mom to see if they would like to attend and ask them how their comfort level is. They should have no problem with this since it isn't about them, it's about their daughter/daughter in law. Some of the parties I have planned we have done Pin the penis on the fireman, bride's scavenger hunt, peter pecker game doll, Dicky ring toss.
Check out this website, it has a lot of useful information and a lot of the games i talked about is on here.
