Party decoration ideas?

It is a 13 year old birthday party





the colors are bright pink, light orange, and lime green.





The party will be during late afternoon/night (ends at 10 pm) and it will be dark for majority of the party. I'm Planning on putting xmas lights up, but how can I hang them creatively?





The party is outdoors.





Please help! If you have suggestions on creative ways to do streamers, ect. or get the birthday person's name in lights, please post!!


dare I say this, but it should remain *fairly* cheap

Party decoration ideas?
White lights in artificial plants looks nice and adds a classy feel. WalMart or places like that sell "glo-bracelets" that glow for hours. Each guest could be given one at the door -- the most common colors I have seen sold are pink, green and blue. Look in the party section for them. Tiki torches are also a good idea to keep bugs away and they can be found for about $2.00 almost anywhere. Spot lights on trees, or around the pool can be covered in "colored" plastic cups to create colorful lighting. Sounds like a fun idea! Good Luck!
