ok, i want to throw a surprise party for my best friend in the entire world. she is turning sixteen, which i am as well. her family isnt big on birthdays so she has never had an actual birthday party. im on a tight budget, because im only sixteen %26amp; i want to make this a special birthday for her. this party will be in december, so obviously backyard parties are out. i need some ideas, please help!! i want to help her remember this birthday like no other.♥

if you are on a tight budget, you can have it in your house if thats ok with your parents. it doesn't really matter where you will be having it because its the thought that counts. your bestfriend will forever treasure the fact that you took time to give her a party (considering that you don't really have that much money)
