I moved into my new home in October 2006 and have not been able to have plan a housewarming / open house yet, because of my schedule. Hopefully I can have it sometime in March. However the Super Bowl is coming up and we would like to have a little get together / party for the Superbowl, about 10 or 15 people. Is this wrong to have a Superbowl party before having the open house /housewarming party?

No, you shouldn't have a Superbowl party before your Housewarming. As previously suggested, it would be perfectly fine and spot on to roll them together.

Reply:Make it one party, it will be fun!! The Superbowl is too long to extend into something else unless it is a sleepover LOL Make up you own invitations, be creative.
