Party ideas for a 16 year old guys?

My friend is having a party but hasn't had one for ages. What type of things should he do for the party?


Also I would maybe like to suprise him with a party but what type of party should a 16 year old have?

Here's an idea: throw him a surprise birthday party. You can invite him somewhere - your place, perhaps - under the pretense of doing something mundane, such as studying for a math test or cleaning a fish tank. Before he comes, however, invite many of his friends over to your house and tell them to bring presents for his birthday. You can also purchase a cake to eat at the party. When he arrives, everyone will be there ready to party, even though he expected to be doing something stupid and dumb and boring.
Reply:What always works for me and my friends is just to ask some close friends (15-30) over to the party, ask them to bring beer or other drinks, and the fun will usually come by itself! Singstar and guitarhero always helps set the mood too =)

Reply:Costume party.. that would be a lot of fun... Everyone loves to get dressed up as something crazy. Maybe make a theme out of it.. like.. dress in a certain era like 80s.. Everyone will have a good time plus it's fun trying to figure out what to wear =)
