hey my sisters birthday is coming up and she is turning 13. i am planning her party and want to make it special for her can you party animals please help me? ok she wants to invite a whole bunch of friends but she lives in an apartment so it cant be at her house. she loves the colors pink black and dolphin blue ( her favortie animal is a dolphin. ) her birthday is in summertime but we are doing the party in 3 weeks before we move away so it is like a going away party. well any more questions just ask and she loves to have fun so please help!
